Auto Injector
By "Conscious keeper" we do not mean any philosophy. It's a down-to-earth reality-that when a soldier's nerves are under attack with nerve gas, Injectin helps him retain his nerve and remain fully alert and conscious to repel the enemy's charge.
Injectin Auto Injector is specially designed for injecting antidotes to nerve gas right on the battle fiel. The soldier dosen't have to roll up his trouser to use it. It's needle can penetrate right through the NBC Clothing. Injecting Auto Injector has therefore become an essential part of a soldier's NBC protection mainly because quite a lot of countries have now developed chemical warfare agents.
Injectin Auto Injector is reusable and is very very economical. It can be operated with one hand leaving the other free to split fire on the enemy. It also has a locking mechanism to prevent accidental discharge of the drug.

Injectin Auto Injector is unique in many respects. Only a few of its salient features will convince you.
REUSABLE : This is its most important feature. Unlike other makes, Injectin can be used any number of times. Only the cartridge containing the drug has to be replaced after each use. There is also no need to discard the whole unit after the date of expiry of the drug.
MOST ECONOMICAL : Since it is reusable, Injectin turns out to be the most economical. Over the years, and after innumerable uses, you will find that Injectin costs almost next to nothing in the long run.

NBC Gas Canister
NBC Gas Canisters are used in dangerous situations of accidental or intentional deadly gas explosions, biologically hazardous areas and during such wars, and lastly in most fatal Nuclear explosions, leaks or warfare.
Our NBC Canister Neelkantha 'A' is used with gas masks to provide respiratory protection to an individual against NBC warfare agents. The canister consists of two main components, pleated high efficiency particulate aerosol (HEPA) filter and gas filter. HEPA provides protection against the particulate aerosols, nuclear fallouts, bacteria, etc. Gas filter is a bed of impregnated carbon that removes the CW agents from contaminated air to make it breathable. The canister removes nerve and blister agents in vapour or gaseous form by physical adsorption, while blood choking agents are degraded chemically. Both HEPA and the gas filter, are housed in an aluminium body and secured properly within the retainers. Retainers also include the perforated discs for proper and uniform distribution of air.

Bullet Proof Jackets
GEM Defence Products pvt ltd is developing state of art ballistic or bulletproof vests that act as personal armour helping absorb any impact from firearms and shrapnel during explosions. Our vests are designed to protect the wearer from small arms such as handguns, shotguns and fragments from explosives such as bombs and grenades. Our Metal or ceramic plates are used with a soft vest, to provide additional protection from rifle rounds, and metallic components and give soft armour resistance to stab and slash attacks from sharp instruments such as knives and similar close-quarter weapons. Our soft vests are developed for police forces and private citizens who are at continual risk of being shot, and security or bodyguards, whereas hard-plate reinforced vests are chiefly developed for combat soldiers and other defence personnel.
Our bulletproof vests use layers of extremely strong fiber to "catch" and deform a bullet, and mushroom it spreading its force evenly over a larger portion of the vest fiber. The jacket absorbs the energy from the bullet, and brings it to a stop before it can fully penetrate the fabric matrix. Our vest specifications usually cover both penetration resistance requirements and limits on the volume of impact energy that is conveyed to the body. Sudhir Instrument Bulletproof vests may be fortified with metal (steel or titanium), ceramic or polyethylene plates to offer additional protection to vital areas. The armor plates we use have proven effective against most handgun bullets and a wide range of rifles. Our upgraded ballistic vests have already become a standard for military use.

BPJ can protect the soldiers from front to back , sides up till the neck with a combination of soft ballistic inserts and hard panels, BPJ also optimises body heat management through highly breathable spacer fabric on the inner side. Ballistic Helmet
The ballistic helmet is made up of light weight composite materials which are molded as per Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) design. The helmet is in layered structure which absorbs the impact energy of the bullet and the Behind Armour Blunt trauma (BABT)/Back Face Signature (BFS) is less than 13 mm against 9x19 mm ammunition. The moulding of helmet shell is carried out under optimum processing parameters by compression moluding in a hydraulic press.
This helmet defeats the bullets in both dry and wet conditions
